Albertina Kerr operates 28 community-based residential homes in Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, Marion and Lane counties that provide 24-hour service to people with developmental disabilities. Each home has no more than five residents and highly qualified staff to provide services.

The focus in our homes is to assist the individuals we serve to be independent and to gain increased choice and control over their lives. The activities in the home are driven by the desires and preferences of the people who live there, including their individual skill development goals, basic day-to-day life choices and social and recreational activities.

Additionally, staff work closely with each person to create an atmosphere that reflects their identities and preferences. Every individual has their own private bedroom, decorated according to their wishes. All homes are equipped with features to meet the needs of the people who live there, including adaptive equipment, hydraulic lifts, specialized furniture and equipment, and more.
